We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process an order.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package's journey.

 

USA

  • We offer free shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
  • If you need your order sooner, we also offer an expedited shipping option for delivery in 2-3 business days.


International

  • International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery time is dependent on Customs Clearance/Local Postal Agent.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for any duty or tax-related costs.

Returns & Refunds

TACTIQUE strives to provide the best quality and service to customers. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of product defects. *TACTIQUE is not responsible for international shipping charges
